Rules

Outdoor activities only

All logged miles must be completed outdoors. Treadmills, indoor bikes, and gym cardio do not count.

🚫

Beatdown miles excluded

Miles logged at F3 beatdowns do not count toward your total. Only activity outside of beatdowns is scored. Whether you posted that day is tracked automatically via PAX Vault and earns you a multiplier bonus.

🎒

Rucking weight minimum

Rucks must be completed with at least 20 lbs of weight to count.

Log within the competition window

Activities must be dated within the competition start and end dates.

How Points Work

Base points = Distance × Points per unit for your activity type.

Multiplier bonuses stack with each other. For example, running 3 miles with 1 PAX on a beatdown day earns: 3 × 1.0 × 1.25 × 1.10 = 4.13 pts

Beatdown verification is automatic via PAX Vault. Your beatdown bonus is applied within ~1 hour of your activity being synced.
